The virtual roadshows will have co-participant suppliers from all over the world including representatives from the National Tourism Authority, DMC’s, Hotels and attractions. We, at AVIAREPS Benelux, have launched the world’s leading platform for virtual enterprise events where businesses can create their own, fully customized virtual environment to showcase their brand to customers, to schedule pre-arranged appointments and to collaborate via avatars. A virtual fair additionally means no large groups of people, no traveling, no travel expenses, no uncertainty about travel restrictions etc.
In the virtual exhibition halls, exhibitors and visitors can use the avatars to interact with each other, chat and talk, move around or teleport directly to their points of interest, interact with content and participate in live keynote talks as well as attend presentations.
Recently we have successfully organized prestigious interactive virtual fairs in 3D for the European Commission as well as for the Mauritius Tourism Promotion Authority (MTPA).
